We launched Chili’s Big Crispy Chicken Sandwich by finally holding fast food accountable for perpetrating decades of chicken sandwich injustices. We took fast food to court - about 50 times - to give juries of real people the chance to judge the facts for themselves. Spoiler alert: fast food was found guilty every time. This was Chili’s Big Crispy Food Court, and it was supremely dumb.
